Welcome!
Since 2004 when we got started in the financial services industry we have been committed to always putting our clients first.  We envisioned having a business that focused on education, rather than simply the sale of financial products.  As such, we make it our daily commitment to ensure that our clients are confident in the plans that we provide to them, with a complete understanding of what to do and when to do it.

Are you financially stressed?

If you are having a tough time making ends meet, or simply worried about the future for you and your family, there has never been a better time to seek the help of a professional financial planner.  We know this, and because we are looking to help as many families as we can we are currently offering a new client promotion for the months of April and May.  Just print out this certificate to enjoy a COMPLIMENTARY SESSION with one of our experienced planners, and you can get back on track with your finances.

We are committed to helping you succeed

Establishing a gameplan for the future is more important to your family than ever before.  We believe in taking an educational approach to personal finance, and helping to guide our clients towards solutions that meet their needs both long-term and today.

Through the use of a comprehensive financial needs analysis we help our clients build a step-by-step program to help pay off debt sooner, own their homes outright, save the money they will need to retire, and give them peace of mind knowing that their family's future is taken care of.  That's peace of mind that you can take to the bank.

We are #1 in the industry

We offer only fixed-rate mortgages for refinancing and new home purchases.  Our clients sleep well at night knowing that their payment will not rise, and that they have a solid date for making their last mortgage payment.

Useful information - Tip of the week

Have you checked your credit report lately?

Why is it important to know what's on your credit report? For one thing, if you're thinking about buying a house or applying for credit for any other big purchase, you'll need a clean credit report, and it's always best to know what's on it before your lender does. This will give you an opportunity to clean up any discrepancies or errors, which are fairly common, and which can throw a monkey wrench in the works if not resolved.

Ideally, you should check your credit report with each of the three credit bureaus, Equifax, Trans Union, and Experian, once a year or so. You're entitled by law to one free copy of your credit report from each of these three credit bureaus once a year. You can get all three at once or spread them out over the year. If you order copies more frequently than that, each report will cost no more than around $10 and in some states considerably less. Steer clear of websites that ask you to sign up for a service in order to obtain your report--the ONLY website endorsed by all three credit reporting agencies is www.annualcreditreport.com.  You can also obtain your FICO score (for a small fee) from www.myfico.com.

If you've been turned down for credit in the last 60 days because of something a lender saw on your credit report, you can obtain a copy of your report free of charge. Lenders are required by law to notify you of this right if they deny you credit. When you get your credit reports, review them carefully to make sure all the loans and credit accounts listed really belong to you, and that all the accounts listed as open are actually current loans or balances. If a loan you've paid off or a credit card that was cancelled is still listed as open, contact the credit bureau and ask for your report to be corrected.
